Being a Mentor is very personal and calls upon soul qualities, mine and my client’s, that conventional supervision does not usually embrace. When a person comes to
me and asks for my assistance in learning to become a more conscious practitioner and soul, I take this responsibility very deeply. I select few “clients” so that I may support each more fully.

A mentor is an experienced trusted advisor who counsels, advises and trains a “younger” or less experienced colleague. This works best when there is a spiritual connection between mentor and student.
